For the UK & Eire
A valid licence must be obtained before the production is broadcast, distributed or exploited in any way. This can be obtained through PRS for Music Production Music (formerly MCPS) who issue licences and invoices on our behalf. On the 14th February PRS launched a new way of applying for a licence and getting a quote via the Licence Manager application system. This is an all new process where you can get a quote or apply for a licence online.
The new Licence Manager application system can be accessed here: https://musicshop.prsformusic.com/lmgr
If you haven’t used the new system yet you can log-in as normal using your current ID but will need to activate a new account. To do this you need to create a new password and supply a memorable question and answer.
You can see the latest rate card in pdf format here: http://www.prsformusic.com/users/productionmusic/Documents/2011%20Rate%20Card.pdf
